PAYMENT POLICY:

• Members may pay registration fees in full or by installment
• A minimum deposit of 50% of the registration fee PER SESSION PER CHILD, plus the $60.00 Skate Canada fee PER CHILD, plus the $360.00 volunteer fees are required at registration
• The Skate Canada Fee is non-refundable.

DUE DATES:

Deposit required at registration before starting lessons

• First installment of 25% due October 15, 2023
• Second installment of the last 25% due November 15, 2023

Credit Card Payment is Preferred for online registration via Uplifter.

For alternate payment methods such as etransfer or cheque please email westelginsc@gmail.com and the treasurer will contact you to confirm arrangements. We will need your name, address, phone number, your child/children’s names and Program (Session) Name.

• Etransfer instructions: send to westelginsc@gmail.com, password is skatersrule. Please put your full name in the etransfer
• Cheques: Payable to West Elgin Skating Club.

There is a $48 NSF Fee for insufficient funds, this will be credited to West Elgin Skating Club.  You may also incur NSF charges from your own banking institution.
